Shane Clark

Shane Clark is originally from Kennewick, WA. He moved to the Spokane area when he was 19 and discovered a passion for food and cooking. He has worked as a chef in the Inland Northwest since 2008. Along his journey, his rising achievements have included cooking at local culinary events such as Coeur d’ Alene’s Mac n Cheese festival, March of Dimes, and Crave Northwest.
Growing up, Shane’s older relatives struggled with addiction. He was able to see up close the effects that addiction has on individuals and families. He also personally struggled with addiction, and he has chosen to lead a life of recovery that includes a focus on healthy living, healthy eating and exercise.
As Head Chef at Spokane Falls Recovery Center, he brings that same philosophy to his craft. Shane considers it an honor to be part of a team that serves individuals who are recovering from addiction.
